Fanzi Subscription Termination and Refund Policy

At any time, and without cause, your subscription to Fanzi’s service may be terminated by Fanzi, the site, or the subscriber upon notification of the other party via electronic or conventional mail, or through other available communication methods. Subscribers remain liable for any charges incurred up until the termination of the service.

If you request a cancellation or file a refund request with your bank or card issuer due to unauthorized or fraudulent use, Fanzi reserves the right to block your account or payment method from further use on Fanzi’s platform to prevent misuse. However, this action does not apply to other non-Fanzi platforms and is not a substitute for contacting your financial institution to take further preventative steps.

You are solely responsible for any fees imposed by your bank or credit card provider, such as charges for exceeding your account limits or overdrawing your account.

In the event that a refund is issued by Fanzi, it will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction (credit card, debit card, or checking account). Refunds will not be issued in cash, check, or to a different payment method.
