Content Removal Request
If you find that content on Fanzi includes any of the following without proper authorization:
• Your personal image or likeness uploaded without your consent.
• Stolen intellectual property (e.g., stolen courses, documents).
• False, misleading, or harmful data intended to harm your reputation or violate your rights.
You can submit a removal request to our support team. To do so:

2. Provide the following details:
• A clear description or link to the content in question.
• Evidence to support your claim (e.g., proof of ownership, evidence of unauthorized use, or identification).
• A brief explanation of why the content should be removed.
Investigation Process
• Once we receive your request, our team will conduct a thorough review within seven business days.
• If we determine that the content violates your rights, our policies, or applicable laws, it will be removed immediately.
Appeals Process
• If there is a disagreement regarding the removal request, both parties have the option to request mediation by a neutral third party.
• Fanzi will ensure all appeals are resolved transparently, fairly, and in compliance with applicable laws.
• The decision of the neutral mediator will be considered final and binding.
